Dead Sage operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Dead Sage is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from Dead Sage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use or access our Services.
Section 1 – Access and Account

Section 2 – Our Products
All Dead Sage products are print-on-demand and made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. While we aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, slight variations in color, size, or print may occur due to the production process and device display differences. Products may be modified, discontinued, or limited in availability at our discretion.
Section 3 – Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Dead Sage reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until payment is processed. Section 4 – Pricing and Billing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling will be added where applicable. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all purchases, including taxes and shipping.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
All orders are fulfilled by Printful. Production time is typically 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier. Dead Sage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside of our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer of goods to the carrier.
Section 6 – Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. We replace or refund items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please review our Refund Policy [link] for details.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Dead Sage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Dead Sage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
