Refund policy

At Dead Sage, every shirt is printed to order through our production partner, Printful. Because each piece is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to review the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

We stand by the quality of our work and gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at spiritualbutstrange@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Important notes:

  • We cannot accept returns for sizing issues, so please double-check your size before ordering.

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person due to monitor settings and print variations.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing times may vary depending on your bank.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us — we’ll work with Printful to resolve the situation.
