At Dead Sage, every product is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, shipping times are a little different than traditional retail. Below you’ll find details on how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

  • All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful.

  • Standard production time is 2–7 business days before shipping begins.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking details once your order ships.


Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination and customs.

  • Please note: delivery estimates are not guarantees. External factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or global supply issues may extend delivery times.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on product weight, quantity, and destination.

  • Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the website or checkout page.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are determined by your country’s regulations. Dead Sage is not responsible for these additional costs.


Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at spiritualbutstrange@gmail.com. with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with Printful and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • We cannot take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.
Exceptions are only made for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
